Here at Boyd Group Services, we believe in a more comprehensive approach to tax planning and tax advising. We also want to help you with growing your business, and planning along the way so you’re not caught off guard. Our founder Chad Davidson is a successful CEO and CFO of multiple different companies and has extensive experience with business management and planning, and wants to share his knowledge and expertise to guide you to success, too. When we implement a plan for you and your business, we take a unique, 4-step approach.

STEP 1: Create Cash Flow

First of all, we can’t just snap our fingers to make this happen, nice as that would be. However, there are systematic ways to increase cash to your bank account, from sound business principles, allowing more cash to flow for your business. We will look into the following areas to start:

STEP 2: Optimize Your Business

We start by optimizing your sales and marketing areas. This step involves multiple things to check out and improve performance on, so you’re entire business is fundamentally prepared and optimized for your full growth potential.   • How much am I paying to get a new customer?
  • Which marketing channels are the most successful?

STEP 3: Focus On Growth

STEP 4: Scaling Your Company

The question must be asked; “What if I had ten times more transactions, inventory, employees, locations, etc., would I still be able to use this process?” Since all too often the answer is no, you must figure out a way to fix it.
